Description:

An SFO’s proficiency doesn’t stop with district finances; an SFO must also be able to effectively manage information systems and human resource functions. This workshop reviews the essentials of human resources, including hiring compliance and best practices, compensation structure development, facilitating staff development and training programs, managing evaluation processes, personnel administration, and employee benefits. You’ll also get a robust overview of information system management, covering technology system development and needs assessments, system maintenance, and overseeing telecommunications systems.
