Learn how Boulder Valley Schools (Colorado) was able to create a comprehensive managed print services strategy. This plan is helping transform the way district staff interact with documents and has reduced the amount of time teachers spend on administrative duties so that they may spend more time engaging with students in the classroom. Explore how their vision helped consolidate and rationalize print devices as well as create the foundation of a Centralized Print Center. Participants will also hear how the district is using card authentication, which provides secure access to printed documents under FERPA regulations, and detailed reporting to make future decisions related to their print program. This session was originally recorded for the 2020 Envision virtual conference.
