DESCRIPTION:

Stress from recent years has put a spotlight on overall well-being, including financial, physical, and mental health. As families are now discussing their well-being more openly, employees are looking to their employer for guidance and help. This webinar will explore one way to develop a Wellness Program and its components. The Wellness Program in West Des Moines CSD has a long tradition and staff look forward to the plan each year with participation approximating 40% annually.
