DESCRIPTION:

Half-way through the ESSER funding timeline, district leaders are staring down a multitude of challenges, like declining enrollments, the impacts of lost learning time, staffing shortages, and inflation, while others loom on the horizon, such as potential disruptions to state revenues and a fiscal cliff when relief dollars run out. Join this team of experts as they present strategies for taking stock of existing data to make smart fiscal decisions that maximize remaining dollars for students and share examples of how some districts are innovating to address specific challenges in their locales.
